We have developed a new, original process for producing textured plant proteins, the composition of which is mainly based on Polish plant varieties with high protein content.

The technology we use is based on the unique design of a modular extruder and peripheral devices making up a prototype technological installation developed as part of the project.
Thanks to the developed and tested technology, we effectively implement new textured plant proteins and meat analogues, currently unavailable on the market.

We are focused on ecological activities, including minimizing the negative impact on the environment by using plant raw materials and limiting production waste.

TEXTURED PLANT PROTEINS

A range of our new products will soon appear in the form of dry textured vegetable proteins, produced from balanced raw material blends, without soy, using domestic varieties of high-protein plants from NON-GMO crops, enabling obtaining high protein and fiber content, as well as bioactive compounds in the products. New products, in various shapes and sizes, will be dedicated to wholesale customers and producers of vegan and vegetarian food, meatless products, ready meals and convenient foods as semi-finished products for meat-like products, etc. in the B2B business model.

PLANT ANALOGUES OF MEAT

A range of our new products will soon appear in the form of plant meat analogues produced from balanced raw material mixtures, without soy, using domestic varieties of high-protein plants from NON-GMO crops, enabling high protein and fiber content, as well as bioactive compounds in the products. New frozen products, in various shapes and sizes, will be dedicated to wholesale customers and producers of vegan and vegetarian food, meatless products, ready meals and convenient foods as semi-finished products for meat-like products, etc. in the B2B business model.
